LONDON – Education Secretary Bridget Phillipson has officially entered the race to become Labour’s deputy leader, marking her as the most senior figure to contend for the position.

She further noted that numerous members and voters are dissatisfied with issues such as “the situation in Gaza, the winter fuel allowances, the welfare cuts”.
