law enforcement in BREMEN are seeking the public’s help in identifying two suspects connected to a robbery that occurred in late May. Authorities have released images obtained from video surveillance in hopes of apprehending the individuals.
On the evening of May 30th, at approximately 7 p.m., a trio of assailants accosted a man and his 59-year-old son-in-law in the city center, specifically at the intersection of Sandstrasse and Wilhadistraße, situated directly behind St. Petri Dom.
during the attack, the 100-year-old victim was forced to the ground, and the perpetrators forcibly removed a gold wristwatch, identified as a Patek Philippe model 3700, from his wrist. Together, an accomplice restrained the son-in-law. The suspects then fled the scene, heading via Wilhadistraße towards Violenstrasse, and further into Ostertorswallstrasse in the direction of Wallanlagen.

The “soko Junge Räuber” (Special Commission Young Robbers) has taken charge of the investigation, conducting interviews with witnesses and collecting evidence. Video recordings have led to the identification of two alleged perpetrators.
