Seven-time world champion Van der Poel also won in his fifth off-road start this year and claimed his sixteenth cyclocross victory in a row. He last failed in January 2024 in Benidorm. Another Dutchman, Tibor del Grosso, finished third.

With seventeenth place, Boroš recorded the best result this season among the elite, his maximum was 18th place in his native Tábor. The eight-time national champion lost 2:24 minutes to the winner.
