The St. Louis Blues are gearing up for another showdown, this time against the Florida Panthers, but fans will notice a few familiar faces back in the lineup. Coach Jim Montgomery made several adjustments leading into the Friday night game, welcoming back key players while resting others.
Personnel Shakeup
After missing five games due to a skate cut, stalwart Radek Faksa returns to the Blues’ lineup. Fans also cheered the return of Oskar Sundqvist, who was a healthy scratch in the previous game against Tampa Bay. Another welcome sight is the return of Philip Broberg, who missed Thursday’s game due to illness.
Alexandre Texier continues his hot streak, earning a second consecutive start. Montgomery praised Texier’s performance against the Lightning, highlighting his puck handling, confidence, and offensive contributions.
