For Eutingen’s mayor,Markus Tideman,blood donors are clearly “lifesaver” because donated blood often helps with arduous disease courses.

“Donations of blood is an notable and wonderful thing,” said Tideman, who, together with Thomas fritz from the DRK, carried out the special honor at the municipal council meeting.

19 Multiple Blood Donors Honored

Thomas Fritz thanked the blood donors, emphasizing that the honor shows that there are committed citizens in Eutingen. 19 multiple blood donors were honored,though not all were present. fritz noted that the DRK invests over 100 volunteer hours for each fundraising campaign, which always includes a typing campaign.

“Our blood donors come again and again – all of them are lifesaver,” said Fritz.He
