According to baldoni’s legal portrayal, Lively’s team indicated her intent to drop accusations related to “FDI,” referring to intermittent explosive disorder, characterized by episodes of verbal or physical aggression leading to distress.

Lively’s legal team confirmed this decision, stating that the actress “voluntarily” agreed to withdraw her claims for emotional damages on Friday, May 30, acting “in good faith to expedite the litigation.”
