Of Gossip Girlactress would also be paid 10 percent of all proceeds from the film, which will be released in 2024. In addition, various bonuses were provided, for example if the film exceeded x number of visitors. Then they would pay $250,000 to Lively. Even if major prizes such as SAG Awards, Golden Globes and Oscars were won, this would provide a bonus. At the Oscars, the prize was $100,000 for a nomination and the same amount for a final win. The film ultimately won no awards and Lively was not even nominated.

Bizarrely, Lively ultimately did not sign this version of the lucrative contract. Perhaps she would be able to negotiate better terms later.
