Billie Eilish captivated audiences with a heartfelt rendition of Paramore’s ‘The Only Exception‘ during her recent concert at the Accor Arena in Paris. A clip of the performance has quickly circulated online, drawing attention to Eilish’s vocal talent and her appreciation for paramore’s music.

On June 10, Eilish performed the first of two shows at the Accor Arena, surprising fans with the cover as part of her 25-song setlist. The stripped-back performance featured Eilish and her band seated in a circle, creating an intimate atmosphere as their voices and instruments echoed through the venue.

The crowd joined in during the chorus, singing along with Eilish. Fan-captured videos of the moment have been widely shared on social media.

Paramore’s Hayley Williams acknowledged the cover on her Instagram Stories, writing: “@billieeilish i love you sweet baby b – yall did this so beautifully”.

Eilish’s ‘Hit Me Hard And Soft’ tour has also included a cover of Radiohead’s ‘Creep’ in Amsterdam. Thom Yorke has previously expressed his admiration for Eilish, stating, “I like Billie Eilish. She’s doing her own thing. Nobody’s telling her what to do.”

The tour continues in Europe, with upcoming dates in the UK on July 7 for two nights in Glasgow and six at london’s O2 Arena, followed by shows in Manchester and Dublin.

In other news, Eilish recently appeared with Charli XCX at Coachella 2025 to perform their song ‘Guess,’ which earned them a Grammy nomination for Best Pop Duo/Group Performance.
