While Intel, as is well known, let the CES 2026 in Las Vegas pass without presenting the previously expected Arc B770 with the “big” G31 graphics processor aka BMG-G31 aka “Big Battlemage”, a new professional graphics card, the Intel Arc Pro B70, with 32 GiBytes of memory is expected to launch soon.

As @SquashBionic explained when asked by @Olrak29_, the Intel Arc Pro B70 is expected to appear in the first quarter of 2026 and will accompany the release of the three new CPUs from the Arrow Lake Refresh. However, things have recently become much quieter around an Arc B770.
What this could mean for a potential Intel Arc B770 in the consumer segment and whether this graphics card will even appear given the current memory crisis is currently unknown. However, it can be assumed that Intel would prefer to offer the incredibly expensive graphics memory on its professional graphics cards. The AI and HPC segment are priority.
BMG-G31 fully equipped for professionals
According to the current information, it is assumed that a potential Intel Arc Pro B70 will use the full BMG-G31 graphics processor with its 4,096 FP32 shader units and will be supported by 32 GiBytes of GDDR6 memory. The TDP should be around 300 watts.
A slightly “trimmed” Intel Arc Pro B65 with G31 has also appeared several times in the rumor mill and is intended to complete Battlemage’s professional portfolio. In the meantime, players will probably still be left behind.
