Barakaldo will reward the “love” of local businesses on Valentine’s Day with a raffle for gift packs
The ACE Barakaldo Association, in collaboration with Inguralde, has organized the “BARAKALOvers” campaign so that people “who believe in Barakaldo and its commerce” show their appreciation by taking a selfie in front of the participating establishments and enter a draw for 10 gift packs of 50 euros each.
Barakaldo, February 3, 2026
Starting tomorrow, Barakaldo businesses will look for their “BARAKAlovers”, people who believe in Barakaldo and its local businesses, to celebrate the Valentine’s Day holiday in a very special way. This original campaign, designed by the ACE Barakaldo association in collaboration with Inguralde, will reward people who take a selfie next to participating businesses through a draw for 10 gift packs, valued at 50 euros each.
“It is often said that love is shown with actions, not just words, and this initiative from ACE Barakaldo is a great way to show the appreciation we feel for our local businesses,” said the Mayor of Barakaldo, Amaia del Campo, in the presentation of the campaign.
“On Valentine’s Day we look for BARAKAlovers” is the slogan chosen for this campaign, which starts tomorrow and will be active until February 14. As highlighted by ACE, the participating businesses will have an identification sign in the window and people who wish to do so must take a selfie next to the business to be able to enter the draw for 10 “very romantic BARAKApacks” valued at 50 euros each.
The selfies can be individual or group and must be sent by WhatsApp to the phone number 688 610 033. A random drawing will be held among all the photographs sent and ACE Barakaldo will contact the winners.
“BARAKAlovers wants to highlight everything that makes local commerce unique: personalized attention, advice from people – not bots -, the possibility of seeing, touching and trying the products before buying and the proximity of knowing that, many times, the perfect gift is already in the store next door,” ACE Barakaldo said.
