Danylo Bosniuk

Shortly before the Yonex German Open there was everyday Bundesliga life again in Mülheim an der Ruhr. 1. BV Mülheim met 1. BC Saarbrücken-Bischmisheim in the home game in front of only 30 spectators. The Saarlanders arrived without some of their strongest players and still went home with a 7-0 win.

In the three doubles it was only Jarne Schlevoigt and Nikolaj Stupplich in the second men’s doubles who were able to win at least one set. Things didn’t go much better for the hosts in the individual matches. Only Danylo Bosniuk was able to go the full distance of five sets against the Dane Mads Christophersen. Ultimately, it was to remain the closest duel of the day, as the mixed doubles also went to the guests in three sets.

After the win, Bischmisheim remains in second place and Mülheim remains in seventh place.

In March, 1. BV Mülheim continues with two home games against Refrath and Dortelweil.
