Among the participating delegations and guests, a total of 17 National Olympic Committees are represented, who will compete in 71 disciplines out of a total of 41 sports:
Peru, Barbados, Bolivia, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Curacao, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Jamaica, Panama, Paraguay, Dominican Republic, Trinidad and Tobago, Uruguay and Venezuela.
How many times did Peru win the medal table in the Bolivarian Games and how many gold medals does it have?
‘Team Peru’ won the medal table at the Bolivarian Games in the 1938, 1947-1948 and 1951 editions. It was also the winner of the year 2024, when the special edition of the Bolivarian Games of the Bicentennial.
To date (the 2024 medals are not considered), ‘Team’ Peru has a total of 621 gold medals in the Bolivarian Games, being the third most awarded delegation after Venezuela and Colombia.
