The 190-employee Preckel Automobile GmbH, one of the largest car dealerships in the region, has submitted an application to the Krefeld district court for an order for temporary self-administration. Operations continue without restriction. With its decision of November 24th, the district court ordered provisional self-administration in accordance with the application. The aim of the process is to reposition the company and thereby secure it in the long term. If this does not succeed, there is a risk of insolvency proceedings. The Düsseldorf lawyer Frank Kebekus was appointed as the provisional administrator.
