Indonesia’s representatives from mixed doubles, Jafar/Felisha advanced to the final of the Australian Open 2025. They overcame the resistance of the Thai pair.
Australian Open 2025 semifinals at Sydney Olympic Park, Sydney, Saturday (22/11). In the mixed doubles number, there is a duel between representatives of Indonesia vs Thailand, Jafar Hidayatullah/Felisha Pasaribu vs Ruttanapak Outhong/Jhennicha Sudjaipraparat.
The first game started, points were tight at the start 5-5. Jafar/Felisha then took the lead at the interval 11-7.

Jafar/Felisha were able to continue to maintain their lead, but then equalized at 17-17. After that they lost, 19-21.
Second game, points started tight again 6-6 and 7-7. It was Jafar/Felisha’s turn to fall behind slightly in the interval, 10-11.
Even though they were equalized again at 12-12, Jafar/Felisha ran away with six points in a row 18-12. Jafar/Felisha secured the second game 21-13 and forced a rubber game.
The third game, both partners did not slack off. Points continue to be tight at 10-10, Jafar/Felisha can take a slight lead of 11-10 in the interval.
Jafar/Felisha keep the distance 16-13. Jafar/Felisha finally won 21-14.
