The Digital Transformation Agency of the State of Morelos (ATDEM), headed by Samuel Rivera Muciño, highlighted the boost that has been given to the MX Key platform, a safe and free tool for citizens to access online procedures and services without lines or intermediaries, and which is the unique technological identity at the federal level.
In this sense, he emphasized that the adoption of this system is a strategic action to make government work more efficient in favor of the population, since it allows to streamline and simplify processes that were previously long and bureaucratic. He stressed that technology is a fundamental ally to improve the quality of public services and strengthen citizen trust in institutions.
With this implementation, you can access online appointment requests, vehicle procedures, verification of official documents, registration for social programs, consultations of administrative files, payments of rights and services, as well as procedures related to education, health and social development, all from a single online portal and with a simpler and more intuitive experience.
Likewise, Rivera Muciño pointed out that, with the implementation of Key, the administration of “The land that unites us” reaffirms its commitment to work in a coordinated manner with the federal Executive, adding technological capabilities to advance towards a digital, modern government model aligned with national standards of innovation, information security and protection of personal data.
Among the most relevant social benefits is the possibility of guaranteeing equitable access to the public sector, reducing discretion, combating corruption by reducing intermediaries and strengthening transparency. Furthermore, by centralizing online identity, the security of citizens’ information is improved, avoiding duplication and misuse of personal data.
