Dan the framework of a replacement maternity leave, and if you accept it, your daily life will be punctuated by the following missions:
- Telephone reception: very large volume of calls that come to redirect (on average 200 to 250 calls/ day) Intervention in support of overflows
- Heart of business of the Litigation Service: analysis, administrative processing of litigation files, survey, in relation to the internal services concerned to carry out the resolution of the dispute. Then reporting in follow -up tables on Excel
- Various administrative management
- Billing, management of delivery vouchers,
- Creation of prospects in AS 400
