Premier League side Arsenal has agreed to a multi-year partnership with global payroll and HR platform Deel.
The agreement designates the company as the club’s official HR platform partner, marking Deel’s first major venture into the sports industry.
Under the terms of the deal, Deel branding will feature prominently across the Emirates Stadium and the club’s digital channels. This includes visibility at all home fixtures across the Premier League, Women’s Super League (WSL), FA Cup, and League Cup matches.
Functionally, the North London club will utilise Deel’s platform to streamline the management of its workforce and operations, joining a list of global organisations utilising the technology. Deel currently supports more than 37,000 businesses and 1.5 million workers worldwide. The partnership follows Deel’s announcement of a Series E funding round in October 2025, which valued the business at $17.3bn.
