SEEN the provisions of articles 10 and 11 of the Organic Charter of BANCO DE LA NACIÓN ARGENTINA, approved by Law No. 21,799 and its modifications.
THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINE NATION
DECREE:
ARTICLE 1.- As of December 17, 2025, the resignation presented by Dr. Alejandro Guillermo HENKE (DNI No. 14,621,422) to the position of Director of BANCO DE LA NACIÓN ARGENTINA is accepted.
ARTICLE 2.- We thank the aforementioned official for the services provided in the performance of said position.
ARTICLE 3.- Appoint, as of December 17, 2025, Dr. Alejandro Guillermo HENKE (DNI No. 14,621,422) in the position of Vice President of BANCO DE LA NACIÓN ARGENTINA to complete a statutory period.
ARTICLE 4.- Communicate, publish, give to the NATIONAL DIRECTORATE OF THE OFFICIAL REGISTRATION and archive it.
