In “Arc Raiders“, the “Blue Door” map contains multiple tasks, and “A Prime Specimen” is one of the challenges that tests the player’s survival and exploration abilities. Players must collect ARC Powercells in dangerous environments and delve into the massive ARC Deforester wreckage to obtain valuable supplies. This mission does not require a successful evacuation to complete, so for players who are worried about losing high-value equipment, choosing the free basic equipment (loadout) is a prudent approach. Before going to the designated location, players need to defeat a few enemies to obtain the necessary ARC Powercells, and then go to the ARC Deforester stronghold indicated on the map.

Collect 2 ARC Powercells

The first step of the mission is to collect two ARC Powercells. This is one of the most common props in the game and can usually be obtained by continuously killing ARC robots. It is recommended to look for basic enemy types such as Wasps or Hornets, usually just killing a few targets will easily make up the required number.

Finding and operating ARC Deforester

ARC Deforesters are large wrecks scattered throughout the “Blue Gate” map. According to the information currently available, there are at least three fixed locations on the map. When players approach these wrecks, if they see a control panel with electric current flashing at the entrance, they have found the right target.

Detailed explanation of search process

The process of robbing ARC Deforester requires precise operation. First, players need to use the first ARC Powercell on a powered panel, which will activate the internal protective device, causing the interior to emit flames every few seconds. Players must quickly pass through the flame jets to reach the panel on the other side of the interior and insert the second ARC Powercell.

Once you’ve done this, go back near the entrance and look for the climbable platform above. After the run-up jump, you can climb onto the platform. Above the platform, players will need to avoid additional flames before finally reaching the loot point on the back wall. Once the search is complete, the “A Prime Specimen” mission will be completed. At this point, players can choose any evacuation point and safely return to “Speranza” to report the mission.
