This gives fans quick access to results, statistics and live updates from another major sport in the app.

In the future, golf fans will be able to follow all official tournaments on the PGA Tour and LPGA Tour, including all major events. The World Cup Phoenix Open kicks off this weekend.
During tournaments, Apple Sports shows progress in real time – from hole-to-hole results to personal scorecards to current leaderboards.

The app makes it possible to specifically track favorite players. Results of all rounds remain available throughout the season, so that tournaments and performances can be classified over the long term.
