They also arrive from January 5th new multi-week programs on Fitness+, called Make Your Fitness Comeback. They are progressive paths designed for those starting from scratch or almost, available for Strength, HIIT and Yoga, with difficulty that increases week after week.

Apple also took the opportunity to share some interesting data. According to the Apple Heart and Movement Study, Apple Watch users are much more likely to maintain physical activity after New Year’s Eve. Over 60% of users increase their exercise by more than 10% in the first two weeks of January, and in most cases, the improvement is maintained until spring.
