Agents arrested him Wednesday on a warrant issued in Bell County for possession of a controlled substance (between 1 and 4 grams), a felony that carries up to two years in prison and a $10,000 fine; He currently remains in the Henderson County Jail.
TMZ reports that he was initially stopped for speeding and, upon checking his license, it was observed that he was wanted, so he was handcuffed and booked without incident.
