It is absolutely obvious that Kladno had to reach deep into their pockets in order to pay almost the entire national team of coaches and drag him along. On the other hand, the Knights got a proven and high coaching quality with amazing experience. I am very much looking forward to Kladno’s performances next season.
But back to finding a new coach for the handyman. We can have a number of reservations about Alois Hadamczik, but if we look at the courage with which he has chosen coaches for the national teams (senior and 20-year-old) in recent years, we must admit that he knows exactly what he wants and who he is looking for.

And so I wouldn’t be afraid at all that he will now choose someone who does not belong to the national team. After all, all his recent decisions about coaches for the midfielder were correct. His coaching feel for it is absolutely obvious, so I’m excited to see who he reaches out to now.
If someone asked me, I frankly admit that I wouldn’t know who to choose right now. Names such as Tomáš Plekanec or Miloslav Hořava are offered. But the most important thing will be for them to put together a coaching team that will do their best to select the best players for the World Cup and the World Cup.
I no longer believe in one coach who decides everything. On the contrary, I see the substitutes of our national teams as a group of people, where everyone contributes their part and together it works. That’s probably why Radim Rulík doesn’t want to let a new coach join his roster for the May championship. Because he wants to keep the chemistry set.
