Continuous stirring and oxygen saturation are essential throughout this cultivation period. Afterward, the nutrient medium is combined with the cultured bacteria, which then produce the necessary enzymes over a five-day period under the same conditions.”
Finalizing the Additive
Once the enzymes are produced, the bran is saturated with amylase, mixed with the fermentation liquid, and dried to ensure that the moisture content does not exceed 15%.
