Antam set a daily queue of gold purchases in his boutique. Based on information received detikcomAntam only receives 50 queues per day.
In addition, the purchase of every one piece (pcs) is only for one KTP per person. Each customer with a name according to the KTP can only transact a maximum of one time in two weeks after the last purchase transaction.
Related to this, the Corporate Secretary of PT Aneka Tambang Tbk (ANTM) or Antam, Syarif Faisal Alkadrie, said the adjustment of the rules was carried out because of the high public interest in the company’s gold output. Therefore, adjustments are made to maintain customer order and comfort.

“We understand the high interest of the community towards Antam gold, and under certain conditions the enthusiasm can cause long queues. Therefore, arrangements such as adjusting daily queues and purchases per KTP are made so that the experience of transactions remains safe, comfortable, and positive for all customers,” said Faisal when contacted detikcomTuesday (9/23/2025).
With the adjustment of this rule, Faisal hopes that customer order and comfort can occur. In addition, the company also wants to ensure equitable opportunities for all customers in getting Antam’s gold products.
