In the agreement, the two organizations agreed to cooperate in all areas of talent training, including ▲development of robot technology and collaborative application curriculum ▲nurturing and employment linkage of experts in the robotics field ▲Mitsubishi Progress Registered Private Certification (MFEC) certification and support for nurturing engineers.
The two organizations plan to finalize the operational plan through detailed working-level discussions in the future.
After the agreement, Mayor Lee Min-geun, head of the economic mission, held an ASV district investment information session (IR) for domestic and foreign companies, including Mitsubishi Electric, at Ariake Central Tower and discussed industrial cooperation and investment attraction.
Ansan Mayor Lee Min-geun said, “Ansan City has excellent location conditions that can lead the global value chain in the high-tech industry, and this agreement with Mitsubishi Electric Automation Korea and Japanese investment attraction activities will be a turning point in becoming a central city in the AI and robot industry.”
