Frankfurt/Main. The DTTB‘s traditional annual review for 2025 again chronologically summarizes the past twelve months month by month on tischtennis.de, published in four parts. Four quarters with remarkable stories, outstanding successes, inevitable disappointments and emotional farewells. Part 3: The months of July to September.

July 18: The series of successes also continues in the individual competitions of the European Youth Championships. In the U15 mixed doubles, Koharu Itagaki and Lukas Wang won silver.

July 20th: After successful and emotional days in Ostrava, the DTTB selection travels home from the European Youth Championships with a total of seven medals, two in the team and five in the individual tournament. At the end of the European Championships, Koharu Itagaki crowned the title fights with her first final triumph in the U15 singles, after previously reaching second place in the doubles with Josi Neumann. U15 bronze went to Jonas Rinderer in the individual, while U21 European champions Mia Griesel/Anna Hursey came third.

July 17: The Rhine-Ruhr FISU World University Games begin in the Rhine-Ruhr area.
