Football professional Sargis Adamyan‘s family is growing: his wife Anna Adamyan is pregnant again. “We can hardly believe it ourselves,” she writes in an emotional post.
Anna Adamyan, (29) influencer and wife of professional soccer player Sargis Adamyan (32, 1. FC Cologne) announced the good news on Instagram. “We couldn’t imagine a greater Christmas miracle,” she wrote, sharing her happiness with her followers. The couple is now expecting their second child after their son Levi. “We can’t believe it ourselves. I’M PREGNANT,” she added, posting a photo of her positive pregnancy test.
Anna Adamyan: “We don’t want to hide this great miracle”
The pregnancy is particularly significant for the family as Anna Adamyan had previously suffered several miscarriages and Levi was born through artificial insemination. The current news is all the more emotional because this time no medical support was necessary. “We deliberately share it early, just like after every artificial insemination. Only this time it wasn’t,” she explains. “The first and so far last time I was pregnant without artificial insemination was in 2020… It feels so right because we don’t want to hide this great miracle.”
The reactions to the good news are numerous. Michelle Schwäbe, the wife of FC goalkeeper Marvin Schwäbe, also congratulated the couple: “Congratulations, we are really happy for you!”
Sargis Adamyan: Private happiness and sporting challenges
While Sargis Adamyan can be happy about his wife’s pregnancy again in his private life, things aren’t going so well in terms of sport. Since moving to 1. FC Köln, the striker has not performed as hoped and was ultimately left out of the first team squad. After a loan to Jahn Regensburg, he returned in the summer, but only plays in the club’s second team in the Regionalliga West.
