Animal Crossing 3.0 Update: All New Features & Changes

The big new update from Animal Crossing: New Horizons is here and adds more new features than was originally announced.

Version 3.0.0 is a free update – independent of the paid Nintendo Switch 2 Edition upgrade – that adds numerous new features to both the Switch and Switch 2 versions of the game. However, the update’s patch notes reveal that version 3.0.0 also includes a number of new quality additions beyond what was previously announced by Nintendo.
