President Gustavo Petro’s mysterious trip to the Manta region, in Ecuador, generated several pronouncements of political sectors in recent days, which are asked for an explanation to the Head of State.
Among them, former president Andrés Pastrana sent a message to the Colombian president, in which he demands explanations against this controversy that was generated and asks him to clarify to the country what happened.
“You have the obligation to inform Colombians about the reasons for your trip to Manta, Ecuador —An Costa del Parario – its meetings, its accommodation site and its hosts. ”
Pastrana questioned him if he met with the former presidential candidate Luisa González, close to former president Rafael Correa, and the assemblyman for Manabí, Andrés Correa. In addition, he asked if he had any other meeting.
Pastrana’s messages seems that they did not like Andrea Petro, who published a trill in which he answered the former president for the questions to his father.
“Mr. Pastrana, you left Colombia in the worst economic recession in decades, he finished public companies and delivered sovereignty with Plan Colombia. It has little room to demand accounts”He said.
