The ASST announces that Dr. Angelo Calogero Carlino, primary assistance doctor who owns Arzago d’Adda, Casirate d’Adda and Treviglio, will cease on Monday 31 March 2025.
Pending the insertion of a new MMG, the clients who have not already made the choice of a new doctor, will be able to use the “Temporary Medical Authorities of Temporary Ambulators”, which provides for the possibility to book occasional visits (from 01/04) by a unique tenured doctor available through one of the following ways:
· Personally at the PUA – Single Access Point – of the Community Houses of Martinengo, Ponte San Pietro, Dalmine and Treviglio
· At 0363/590947, from Monday to Friday from 8.00 to 14.00 and on Saturday morning from 08.30 to 11.30 (the operators of the PUA – the single access point of the community of Treviglio) respond)
· In the clinics of the family nurses and the IFEC community in the community houses of Ponte San Pietro, Dalmine, Treviglio, Martinengo or in the Peripheral Ifec clinics of Calusco d’Adda, Cisano Bergamasco, Caravaggio, Cologno al Serio, Calcio, Zanica and cividate on the piano.
In the next few days the below options will also be activated:
· Independently by downloading the new “Elty” app (available for both iOS and Android) which will allow you to book independently
· By contacting the participating pharmacies
When these new ways are also activated, it will be our care to give suitable communication on the Socials of the ASST and in the local press.
To support patients without doctor, the ASST has spread the AMT service more widespread, now present to:

It is always possible, for the former clients, to request any written acceptance from any doctor, even outside the context. The assignment of the doctor will be possible only if the same has not reached the maximum of choices attributed to him.
