AlloClae Implant: Natural Tissue & Deceased Donors Explained

by Archynetys Health Desk

Cosmetic surgery has become largely commonplace in recent years. Breast augmentation, hip reshaping, contour correction: these procedures have become common but remain, in most cases, invasive. Because surgeons use either implants or the patient’s own fat, removed by liposuction and then reinjected elsewhere. This involves general anesthesia, a sampling phase and several days, even weeks, of recovery.

But a new product has come to reshuffle the cards. Its name: alloClae. Developed by the American company Tiger Aesthetics, it is a “ filler », that is to say an injectable product used to restore or increase volume, correct hollow areas or reshape certain areas of the body. It has been offered to a limited number of surgeons since the end of 2024, then became more widely available during 2025.

And success is clearly there: according to several practitioners interviewed by Business Insider, demand is such that supply is already struggling to keep up, leading to waiting lists and stock shortages.

Fat from dead people

Yet, alloClae is made from fat taken from deceased people who have donated their bodies to science. Because, if the organs can be intended for transplantation or research, tissue banks also recover abdominal fat (at least, in the United States).

Thus, Tiger Aesthetics purchases this material, which is then rigorously tested, purified and transformed before being packaged in injectable form. And this process allows for much less heavy intervention: the injection is done under local anesthesia, without major surgery or hospitalization. Patients can leave the same day and quickly resume their activities. Enough to appeal to very active profiles, particularly executives and directors.

But this comes at a cost. The price of a procedure with alloClae ranges from approximately $10,000 to $100,000, depending on the volumes used. Despite these high prices, demand is not weakening. Especially since a significant influx of patients who have lost a lot of weight with GLP-1 type weight loss treatments, such as Ozempic, are seeking to correct a loss of volume in their breasts, hips or buttocks.

However, caution is the mother of safety. If the short-term results are considered satisfactory, the doctors point out that we do not have, for the moment, any hindsight over several years. The long-term effects and durability of alloClae therefore remain to be confirmed..

  • alloClae is a new product based on human fat from body donations to science, used to reshape certain areas of the body without major surgery.
  • Less invasive and without general anesthesia, it appeals to busy customers, despite prices that can reach $100,000.
  • Doctors remain cautious: due to lack of perspective, its long-term effects are not yet known.
