Thanks to this new card integration, Garanti BBVA customers can now view and manage cards issued by different banks from a single screen. The functionality allows users follow key information such as credit limits, transaction activity and reward points associated with cards held at other entities. Both individual clients and businesses, SMEs and large corporations can view cards from different banks on a single platform. This facilitates more complete and integrated management of your financial position.
This functionality, implemented according to Open Banking regulations, allows customers to manage their accounts no need to switch between various banking apps. Instead, it provides a clearer, simplified view of your financial position on a single screen. Customers who wish to activate this functionality can do so in Garanti BBVA Móvil by selecting the option “Other Bank / Institution Settings” within the ‘Profile’ menu. After choosing the bank you wish to add and completing the necessary authorization steps, your card information can be viewed securely through the application.
As part of its Open Banking infrastructure, Garanti BBVA is also introducing new operational capabilities designed to simplify everyday banking operations. Customers can now create transfer orders scheduled and recurring through Garanti BBVA Móvil or online banking using accounts they maintain in other banks. This functionality allows users to plan transfers in advance and easily manage recurring payment instructions from a single platform, even when funds come from accounts held at different entities.
