After looking a lot online and noticing Tiktok, Instagram and Google, I found a special pillow that as it wraps and holds your belly and back. But you have to accommodate well,it’s a quilombo. Yesterday it hurt so much that I got a towel screwed in my back so that I have the right waist, as if it is indeed not unachievable.
