Clínic Barcelona Cancer Center Celebrates Research Fellowship wins
three fellows from the medical Oncology Department receive prestigious ESMO Research Fellowships.
Aleix Prat, Director of the Clínic Barcelona Complete Cancer Center at Barcelona Clinic Hospital, announced via LinkedIn that three fellows from their Medical Oncology Department have been awarded European Society for Medical Oncology (ESMO) Research Fellowships.
According to Aleix Prat,it’s “A very proud moment for us at the Clínic Barcelona Comprehensive Cancer Center!
This year,out of 10 ESMO – European Society for Medical Oncology Research Fellowships awarded across Europe,3 have been granted to fellows from our Medical Oncology Department,an outstanding recognition of our talent and excellence in research.”
The fellows recognized are:
Marco Meazza Prina (Mentored by Dr. Laura Mezquita)
Giuseppe Di Grazia (Mentored by Dr. Francesco Schettini)
Giulio Martinelli (Mentored by Dr. Milana Bergamino Sirvén.MD, PHD)
Prat stated, “This achievement reflects not only the excellence of our fellows but also the strength of the ecosystem at Clínic Barcelona Cancer Center, which fosters international careers and future leaders in oncology.”
