The online media survey highlighted numerous racist, anti-Semitic, Islamophobic, and homophobic remarks allegedly made by far-right activists and sympathizers within the group. According to the report,”nine deputies of the RN were members of it.” Among those identified were Nicolas Dragon, a deputy for the first district of Aisne, and kylian Couteau, a parliamentary collaborator of José Beaurain, deputy for the 4ᵉ district of Aisne. The investigation claims that these individuals joined the 11,500-member group between September 2023 and January 2024,and that they did not “Like and/or commented on posts,” unlike some other elected officials.
Some posts reportedly included calls for violence. The media outlet stated that in April 2024, one member posted about “A nasty revolution against these foreigners,” while another suggested to “castrate without anesthesia” in response to an article about a rape committed by an undocumented immigrant.Other posts allegedly encouraged members to take up arms.
The report alleges that no elected official reacted to these calls for violence, nor did the administrators, including Kylian Couteau. The online media emphasized that these words were of extreme violence and potentially illegal. Elected officials, particularly those with moderator status, may have had a legal obligation to report illicit remarks under article 40 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, which states that “Any constituted authority, any public officer or civil servant who,in the exercise of his functions, acquires knowledge of a crime or an offence is required to give an opinion without delay to the public prosecutor“.
the journalist noted that “racist posts and comments are so numerous that it truly seems tough to miss them” at the time when these elected officials and collaborators joined “France with Jordan Bardella.”
However, both Nicolas Dragon and the parliamentary employee from Aisne claimed to be unaware of the content. Nicolas Dragon stated that he “was not aware of what is said or shared on this group.”
I severely condemn all insults, all verbal and physical violence.

He further explained, “I just simply go ther. So, I can’t report something that I haven’t seen. I took the trouble to review the most recent publications. I severely condemn all insults, all verbal and physical violence.” He added,”When you receive an invitation from a group called Jordan Bardella,it’s rather nice.So you don’t even think, you click.“
“He was not aware of the remarks made daily within this group.”
josé Beaurain stated in a letter that his parliamentary collaborator “was added as administrator of this group without its consent. As proof, the fact that Kylian Couteau has never interacted with this.” He added, “He was not aware of the remarks made daily
