The rise of context engineering
One of the first skills associated with AI was engineering promptsthat is, the ability to obtain the desired results by asking the right questions. However, this basic competence is being displaced by a more advanced concept: “context engineering”.
Context engineering can be understood as an evolution of prompt engineering. It involves designing instructions capable of offering coherent and predictable responses. The ideal goal is that “every time you ask the same question, you always get the same answer,” explains Bekir Atahan, vice president of Experis Services, a division of Manpower Group.
