The Movement for Rights and Freedoms (MRF),a party historically associated wiht Ahmed Dogan,is grappling with an unexpected eviction notice from its Sofia headquarters. MP Jayhan Ibryamov brought the issue to light during a parliamentary briefing, stating that the party received a letter from the Sofia Regional Governor demanding their departure from the premises they have occupied for 35 years.

According to Ibryamov, the MRF has been diligently fulfilling its obligations, including timely rent payments, as stipulated by the regional government. He emphasized that the headquarters where initially granted through a Council of Ministers decision, supported by valid contracts that remain in effect. The party promptly submitted all relevant documentation to both the Regional Governor and the Council of ministers, aiming to demonstrate the legitimacy of their occupancy and the continued functioning of the political faction.
