Agate Krista Divorce: Sudden Lights Musician Split

by Archynetys Entertainment Desk

The young Riga theater actress Agate Krista is free again after a two-year relationship with the drummer of the popular group “Sudden Lights” Kārli Vārtiņa. Speaking about the divorce, the actress revealed that this relationship was emotionally difficult for her, reports “IEVA” magazine.

Agate does not hide that she felt unhappy for a long time and lived with the hope that the situation would change, but the disappointment only increased with time. She really wanted the relationship to succeed, but several events made her feel worse and worse until she had to admit to herself that this relationship was making her unhappy.

“I felt so unhappy!”

admits the actress, adding that at times it even seemed that maybe it would be better not to experience this relationship at all.

Krista emphasizes that Vārtiņš is a good person, but not for her. Although there have been bright moments, she has not felt what was most important to her in the relationship – mutual love that can be felt. Doubts, self-reproach and fear of divorce accompanied her for a long time, but memories of evenings spent in tears helped her understand that the decision was right.

“The divorce was not a mistake!”

she says.

Previously, Agate Krista was in a relationship with actor Tom Harjo, but the couple broke up due to different visions of the future – the actress really wanted children.

Currently, Agate is enjoying her freedom again and admits that she likes this phase of her life. She actively works, films and indulges in a period of dating, which she describes as exciting and nerve-wracking. The actress also reveals that she is learning to be alone because she has never really experienced this state before. Although it has been difficult until recently, work and theater help to regain balance – now they are more important to her than ever.
