prior to Headspace, Witt held senior positions at Intuit, where she spearheaded global design, research, and innovation initiatives focused on small business solutions. She also founded the ‘Design for Money’ practice at IDEO, collaborating with major financial institutions like Visa, Wells Fargo, MetLife, and the Gates foundation to foster innovation in the financial sector.
