Bisnis.comJAKARTA – Coal Issuer, PT Adaro Andalan Indonesia Tbk. (Aadi) held an AGM today, Thursday (5/22/2025), which will discuss the allocation of dividends from the net profit of the 2024 fiscal year which reaches US $ 1.21 billion or equivalent to Rp19.56 trillion.
AGMS Adaro Andalan Indonesia will be held physically at Cyber 2 Tower, 26th floor, Jl. HR Rasuna Said Blok X-5 No.13, South Jakarta.
The company set six events in the AGM. Three of them are the determination of the use of net profit for the fiscal year 2024, approval of the action repurchase action (buyback), and Report Realization of the Use of Funds Results of Public Offering (IPO).
Referring to the IPO prospectus, Aadi can only distribute dividends if the company has a positive profit balance. Starting the fiscal year 2025, AADI management plans a dividend payment ratio up to 45% of the company’s consolidated net profit.
Until the end of 2024, Aadi recorded an unrest profit balance of US $ 394.84 million plummeted from US $ 1.84 billion at the end of 2023. At the same period, AADI’s net profit increased 5.86% from US $ 1.14 billion in 2023 to US $ 1.21 billion in 2024.
Assuming dividend payout ratio 45%, AADI has the potential to reach US $ 544 million.
Previously, Sinarmas Sekuritas Analyst Kenny Shan said Adaro Andalan Indonesia was committed to distributing dividends up to 45% of its annual net profit or as approved in the GMS.

Kenny predicts AADI has a stable income and net profit margin projection in 2025 and 2026.
“We are sure that Aadi will be an attractive dividend divider stock for investors who are looking for consistent returns,” he added.
Meanwhile, Sucor Securities Analyst Yoga Ahmad Gifari estimates AADI will pay a dividend of US $ 424 million in 2025 and US $ 450 million in 2026.
Related to plan buybackAdaro Andalan Indonesia requested the blessing of shareholders in the AGM to make a purchase of shares with a maximum budget of Rp4 trillion.
From the consensus table, all analysts who reviewed Aadi shares were compact embedded a buying recommendation. A total of 14 analysts recommend buying AADI with a target price of Rp. 11,909 in the next 12 months.
The latest, Trimegah Sekuritas Alpinus Dewangga analyst recommends buying for AADI shares with a target price of Rp10,025.
Previously, Indo Premier Sekuritas Analyst Reggie Parengkuan and Bahana Sekuritas analyst had a ranking of buying to AADI with a target of share prices of Rp12,000 and Rp10,000 per share.
