In 1961 he graduated from the PWST acting department in Warsaw. After graduation, he went to the Wybrzeże Theater in Gdańsk. Then there was the Polish Theater in Bydgoszcz, the Theater of Miscellaneous in Wrocław and the Polish Theater in Warsaw, where he played to unexpected death.
Edward Lach‘s film career began only 10 years after graduation. He played, among others in “Hubal”, “Forty -year -old”, where he played the guard in “Warsaw filters”, “Far from the road” (employee of the MPK staff department in Łódź) or “Bruneta in the evening in the evening”, where he appeared in the cult scene as Wacek, drunk on the bus.
The last productions with the actor appeared after his death. He performed, among others in the series “Life hot” and “Girl and boy”. Edward Lach died on April 24, 1977 in Warsaw and was buried at the parish cemetery in Otwock.
Until recently, it was not known what caused the death of the actor. On Facebook on Facebook, this was only revealed by his son, Wiktor Lach. “Dad died of a heart attack,” he wrote in the commentary.
