February 21, 2025 – 4:36 pm
The Las Vegas Aces have added a versatile player to their training camp roster. The team recently signed guard/forward Crystal Bradford to a training camp contract.
Crystal Bradford’s NBA Experience
Bradford, a 6-foot guard/forward, brings significant experience to the team. She last played in the Women’s National Basketball Association (WNBA) in 2021 with the Atlanta Dream. During her time with the Dream, she averaged 8.8 points and 3.8 rebounds over 24 games.
Her professional journey began when she was selected seventh overall in the 2015 WNBA draft by the Los Angeles Sparks. Throughout her one season with the Sparks, she averaged 2.7 points and 1.3 rebounds in 15 games. These are her only two seasons in the WNBA.
Following her brief stint with the Sparks, Bradford participated in one preseason game for the team in 2023 but was later waived ahead of the regular season.
International Experience
In addition to her time in the WNBA, Bradford boasts extensive international experience, having played in China, Finland, Israel, Poland, and Turkey.
Current Performance
Bradford has continued to hone her skills by competing in the Athletes Unlimited league. With that team, she has averaged a solid 16.0 points and 13.0 rebounds, a testament to her continued competitiveness and skill.
Her goal now is to leverage this performance and secure a spot on the Aces’ roster when training camp begins on April 27.
Training Camp Contract Details
Training camp contracts are minimum, nonguaranteed yearly agreements. They do not affect the team’s salary cap unless they progress to a full roster position.
Other Training Camp Signings
Besides Bradford, the Aces have added several other players to their training camp roster this offseason. The team has signed Cheyenne Parker-Tyus, Queen Egbo, and Elena Tsineke, increasing the competition for spots on the final roster.
