Job Description

The ABSA Home Loans Collections department is offering a learnership to
motivated young people who are passionate about using technology to
improve customer experiences. This one-year program includes classroom
instruction and practical experience in all aspects of customer
interaction within the bank.

Essential Requirements

• Candidates must be between 18 and 30 years old.

• Candidates must be South African citizens or permanent residents.
• A completed Degree or equivalent NQF level 7 qualification.

  of application.

• Applicants must not be registered with any other learning institute or
  currently studying.

• Candidates should be computer literate.

Duration

• This is a 12-month learnership programme.

• Candidates must be available for the entire 12-month duration to
  graduate.

Completion of Learnership

• Upon completion, qualified candidates will receive a level 5 NQF
  Certificate in Banking.

• Participants will receive continuous mentoring and training to support
  personal and professional development.

Stipend

• Successful candidates will receive a monthly stipend for the duration of
  the learnership.
