The 2025 season of the Spanish Cup for Mountaineering was decided this weekend in the queen of the Abeduriu Trail Race, with three routes of 14.5, 11.1 and 7 kilometers for the Junior, Youth and Cadet categories. The end of Spanish Cup of the Youth category, would fight for the title over a course of 11.1 kilometers and 751 meters of positive slopein which Alicia Matilla achieved victory by stopping the horn in 1 hour, 19 minutes and 15 seconds, ahead of Pilar Rivaya (1:20:16) who would occupy second place on the women’s podium along with Carolina Marmol (1:21:58) placing himself in the third place on the podium. The victory in the men’s category would go to Mario Tejadawho with a time of 59 minutes and 9 seconds completed the 11 kilometers of the Youth category in first place. Raúl Nieto del Pozo (0:59:28) secured the silver medal ahead of Alex Pacheco (1:01:37) which would complete the men’s podium.
