Bancolombia announced the temporary suspension of its mobile application and other digital services for two days this week, due to scheduled maintenance on their systems.

The measure seeks improve the stability and speed of platforms, after several weeks in which recurring failures were recorded that affected thousands of users in the country.

According to the financial entity, the maintenance will be carried out on Wednesday, November 5 and Thursday, November 6between 12:00 and 1:00 in the morning. During this period, digital services – such as payments, transfers, inquiries and movements between accounts – will be temporarily inactive.

“We will do maintenance on our systems on Wednesday, November 5th and Thursday, November 6th: starts at 12:00 and ends at 01:00 in the morning. At this time, you can pay with your cards or withdraw at ATMs and correspondents,” Bancolombia reported through its application.

The entity recommended to its clients plan ahead for your payments, withdrawals and investments to avoid inconveniences during the maintenance window. Although digital operations will not be available, users will still be able to use their debit and credit cardsin addition to ATMs and banking correspondents.

Nequi will also carry out maintenance

The platform No onewhich belongs to the same financial group, also announced a temporary suspension of its services. According to the statement, the maintenance will be carried out on Tuesday, November 4between 2:00 am and 3:00 amin order to optimize the system and improve user experience.
