OnePlus is preparing to launch several phones in China, including the OnePlus 15, the brand’s first flagship phone equipped with a Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5. It will be unveiled on October 27, 2025. Just before its presentation in China, the company presented the official magnetic cases that will be available for the smartphone.
Specifically, the brand presented three magnetic cases for the OnePlus 15. Just like the last generation phone’s protective cases, they will allow the smartphone to work with magnetic accessories, such as MagSafe-style wireless chargers and magnetic power banks (Baseus 5K PicoGo, currently $22.99 on Amazon).
That said, among the three cases, one of them is called Sandstone Magnetic Case. It features a classic sandstone texture reminiscent of the back of the Sandstone OnePlus One. Another official accessory presented by the brand is the aramid fiber case, which features interwoven textures that are soft like skin.
As for the last one, it is the Magnetic Hole Case, and the brand claims that it is a canvas open to customization. The hollow design would also aid in heat dissipation, allowing the phone to stay cool under heavy use.
The company says that these magnetic cases make the OnePlus 15 compatible with the Oppo Mag ecosystem. With the case, the phone should also work as MagSafe and other magnetic accessories. Global pricing and availability details for the phone and its range of accessories are expected to emerge soon after the October 27 Chinese launch.
