Maguette Dia Breach: 1-Year Firm Risk

The Diourbel Criminal Court will return its verdict on September 11, in the trusted breach of the prosecution and Cheikh Badiane to the Lady Maguette Dia continued for the trusted breach of 5.9 million CFA.

For her defense, Maguette Dia said that Ibra Ndiaye took advantage of her access to the system to divert the 5.9 million CFA. A version refuted by Cheikh Badiane according to which, Ibra Ndiaye had no possibility of taking the money via the system.

For his constitution of civil party, Cheikh Badiane claimed eight million CFAs of damages before the prosecutor requires a year in prison in addition to a fine of 500 thousand CFA.

For his part, Me Taha Cissé recognized the responsibility of his client Maguette Dia not without refuting the breach of trust. Because according to the defense lawyer, the constituent elements of said offense are not established in this file.

“In all responsibility, my customer has never challenged the missing sum. But it must be noted that the facts are not invented concerning the named Ibra Ndiaye that Cheikh Badiane admits having recruited and put in contact with Maguette Dia. My client has been flawless for more than two years that she has been working with her employer Cheikh Badiane. She was in good faith. A civil fault that must be recognized, “he argued.

The verdict will be returned on September 11. But in the meantime, Maguette Dia will have to take her pain in patience at the Diourbel prison and correction house.
