· Óscar Torres Yarzagaray, president of the National Infrastructure Agency, presented to international investors, entrepreneurs and experts, the six ferrous projects that were prioritized as of national importance to advance their structuring.

On behalf of the Government of the Change, the president of the National Infrastructure Agency (ANI), Óscar Torres Yarzagaray, participated today in the Latin event GRI GRI Infrastructure and Energy 2025, held in the Mexican capital. During the panel “Avakers of the four -year period for rail infrastructure”, he presented the vision and priorities of the Colombian government in the field of connectivity and rail development.
Before businessmen, investors and international experts, the president of the ANI presented the ferrous projects prioritized by the National Government, currently in the Structuring Stage:
• Interoceanic corridor
• Pacific OP (Yumbo – Caimalito)
• Pacific corridor (Buenaventura – Palmira)
• Villavicencio – Puerto Gaitán
• Bogotá – Region connection with the central iron corridor
• Bogotá – Belencito Corredor
These projects represent an estimated investment of more than 94 billion pesos in CAPEX, and constitute a strategic commitment to transform the mobility and competitiveness of the country.
“The iron bet is a priority of President Gustavo Petro. Faced with the needs of Colombia in the field of infrastructure, the objective is to connect the country through multimodalism. Therefore, we have defined a clear road map so that in this four -year way we move towards a Colombia connected from north to south,” said Oscar Torres, president of the ANI.
During the meeting, the ANI presented the portfolio of each of these projects, with the purpose of attracting strategic allies and international investors interested in participating in its structuring and execution, thus consolidating key projects for the development and modernization of the country.
