The businessman Alejandro “N” and his partner Othón “N” left the Barrientos prison when they were released, around 3 pm on Monday, having a federal amparo so as not to be arrested for the aggression against a civilian during a paddle tournament, in the municipality of Atizapán de Zaragoza, recorded on July 19 of this year.
In an initial hearing which began at ten o’clock on Monday, the control judge Paulina Piña, announced the existence of an arrest suspension issued by the 14th District Court based in Naucalpan, for the benefit of Alejandro N and Othón.
In attachment to the order of the Federal Court, the judge ordered the “immediate freedom” of the two detainees, and determined a recess of the hearing waiting for Alejandro and Othón to leave the courtroom, return to the prison and officially leave the penitentiary center.

On recent August 14, the Attorney General of the State of Mexico (FGJEM) completed the arrest warrant against businessman Alejandro “N” his wife, his son Germán “N”, his wife Karla “N” and his partner Othón N, arrested in Cancun, Quintana Roo, being investigated for the crime of homicide in a tentative degree.
In the early hours of recent Sunday, agents of the Mexican Prosecutor’s Office entered the four detainees to the Penitentiary and Social Reintegration of Tlalnepantla.
The four are investigated for the beating that Israel N suffered, on July 19 in a paddle club, during a tournament on a paddle court, in Atizapán de Zaragoza.
This Monday, the initial hearing was just beginning, when the judge announced that there was a suspension of detention issued by the Federal Court, an appeal that does not protect Mrs. Karla or Germán, son of the businessman.
The initial hearing resumed after 3:00 p.m., in which the judge will have to qualify the legal detention of Karla and Germán, determine precautionary measures for both, if applicable, and determine its probable link to process or release.
It should be noted that the Public Ministry claimed that the federal amparo should not take effect because they had no knowledge of it, which was also addressed to the Tlalnepantla Justice Prosecutor’s Office and not to them that belong to another area of the FGJEM, which was also overwhelmed because it was issued on August 11 with 5 days for payment of a guarantee for 20 thousand pesos, which did not make the defense of the agreements.
